The Braemar North Ranch Owners Association is located in Westlake Village, CA. The Board of Directors meets the third Thursday of every month at the North Ranch Community Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd., Thousand Oaks, CA.

Braemar North Ranch joined the MK Management portfolio in September, 2008. Linda Bunnell is the managing agent serving our community.
