Board of Directors Meeting:
The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on July 20th, 2010 at 6:30pm at the North Ranch Community Center (1400 N. Westlake Blvd).

Notice:
Please be advised that your pool gate entry system is being replaced on Friday, October 10th with an electronic card reading system. This system will be easy to operate. All you will need to do is wave the keycard at the entry and it will automatically open the gate.

*IMPORTANT: RETAIN YOUR CURRENT POOL KEY AS THAT KEY WILL ALLOW ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA RESTROOM*

On Saturday, October 11th your pool gate entry keycard will be available for pick up at the Tanner Ridge pool from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you cannot personally pick up your pool entry keycard at this time, you can make arrangements with Management before the distribution date to pick it up at our office or send someone in your place with a signed letter authorizing the release of the keycard to them.

You will receive 1 (one) keycard at no cost to you. A $25 fee is charged for the replacement of lost keycards.
